Zusammenfassung
In dieser Arbeit wird über eine Methode zur Trennung und Identifizierung der wurmwirksamen
Stoffe eines Extraktes aus den Rhizomen von Dryopteris filix mas berichtet. Zur Trennung wurden Dünnschicht–Platten mit Silicagel nach der Methode
von Stahl verwendet. Neben bekannten .Filix–Phlorogluciden wurden zwei bisher nicht angetroffene Stoffe gefunden.
Summary
A method for the separation and identification of the taenifugal substances of the
rhizomes of Dryopteris filix mas is described. Thin layer chromatography according to Stahl was used for the separation
of the phloroglucides. Two unknown substances were observed in the rhizomes investigated
besides the phloroglucides already known to be present in Dryopteris filix mas.
